It works very well; they can choose different AI models for testing, which feels to me like hiring different employees. Our product is completely innovative, and HeiChat can understand our product explanations very well. It feels like having an experienced employee right from the start.

This app is far from being a serious solution for e-commerce.

Honestly, it feels like a basic prototype rather than a professional tool. Using it in a real store can actually hurt customer experience instead of improving it.

There are much better, more stable, and more advanced alternatives available.
