This is one of the best real AI chatbots I have found. Multiple AI model options and a very simple approach to training the models on your products, your store, and even the ability to easily add other documents to build out the knowledge base. For me, the most useful thing is that I don't have to stay in front of the computer waiting for customer inquiries. Since I started installing and testing in October last year, I have completely let AI handle my customer service. This app is so far the best AI chat app I ever tried on Shopify. I think it resolved 70% of our customer inquiries. The manual input knowledge base helps to improve the other 30% for future inquiries.
