HeiChat makes customer service so much easier! The setup was quick, and the bot replies instantly with accurate information, although not perfect and still needs some correction on our end. App is great and works as it should. It has also picked up more info than i provided and helped multiple customers. We also had a technical request for lazy load support was quick to implement this.
