For me, the most useful thing is that I don't have to stay in front of the computer waiting for customer inquiries. Since I started installing and testing in October last year, I have completely let AI handle my customer service. This app is so far the best AI chat app I ever tried on Shopify. I think it resolved 70% of our customer inquiries. The manual input knowledge base helps to improve the other 30% for future inquiries.
