HeiChat has been a tremendous help to us. We saw immediate results after installing the app on our online store: it automatically responds to customers, handles product inquiries, and recovers sales opportunities that might otherwise have been lost. It is easy to set up, feature-rich, and powerful, with highly responsive customer support—making it an indispensable tool for us. It is the best in its class, and I highly recommend it.
HeiChat is so good. It is cleverer than we expected, since it has AI from many leading APIs. Moreover, its helpdesk is so supportive. We plan to use it more and more in the next phase.
This app is far from being a serious solution for e-commerce.

Honestly, it feels like a basic prototype rather than a professional tool. Using it in a real store can actually hurt customer experience instead of improving it.
There are much better, more stable, and more advanced alternatives available.

Regarding AI response quality, accuracy depends heavily on the business-specific information provided to the system. Since every store is different, we offer merchants the ability to train the AI based on their own products, policies, and workflows. In similar cases, merchants who contacted us for support were able to significantly improve results after proper setup and optimization.
