It works very well; they can choose different AI models for testing, which feels to me like hiring different employees. Honestly, it feels like a basic prototype rather than a professional tool. Using it in a real store can actually hurt customer experience instead of improving it.
There are much better, more stable, and more advanced alternatives available.

Regarding AI response quality, accuracy depends heavily on the business-specific information provided to the system. Since every store is different, we offer merchants the ability to train the AI based on their own products, policies, and workflows. In similar cases, merchants who contacted us for support were able to significantly improve results after proper setup and optimization.
