I have been using their product from a while. Frankly speaking its good and responsive and solves the issue pretty well, also I would like to add these guys have a prompt customer support which has actually solved my doubts multiple times, so its a thumbs up from my end.

I installed the App hoping to have WhatsApp in the store, it didn't work. I contacted support several times, but they never solved the problem. I am interested in the App, but working as it should.
As we checked earlier, it was working alright for us on all the browsers,
Then when you gave us collaborator access to check on your store if something is conflicting or not, app was removed by you and waiting for you to reinstall it, so that we can check it.
