Very easy to install and use this app

Absolutely LOVE this app. It is super easy to install and customize. Within a few minutes of installation I was chatting with customers. My favorite thing about this app is I have been able to convert visitors with questions/concerns to happy customers. It has also provided me with really good insight on common concerns visitors may have. This has allowed me to quickly implement changes, updates, or adding valuable info to the site to reduce confusion and questions.

Wow! Awesome. The first weekend we had this installed, it proved its usefulness. Terrific options for when/where you want the chat window to pop up so as not to drive your customers away, but help them when they may be "on the fence" or need assistance (like that all-important check out page.) Also, options for personalized messages, design, etc. The accompanying app is totally rad! Need to step away from your computer? No problem. Chat from your phone! Very impressed so far. Several very useful functions such as repeating alarm notification - previous chats appearing above your conversation etc.

I have used a number of chat services and this one is a perfect blend between affordability and great function.
