I love this app, and the integration was easy and seamless. The Chatra team is innovative and appears to be constantly working on improving their customer experience, as well as the experience for their customers' customers! I highly recommend this for your Shopify store!

This app works for what we need. I would recommend for small business. The free version is good for now but as business grows upgrading is an option.

Best Live Chat app I've used so far. It's helpful to be able to see where on the store people are--even what they have in their shopping cart. It's a great time to let shoppers know you're available if they have questions. It's convenient to have the app on my phone and to be notified when someone is on the store no matter where I might be. Great tool for closing a sale.

This app is absolutely wonderful! A free app but with top notch service. They have accurate reports from people who visit your website, have excellent customer service as well and easy to use features. This app is a must have for Shopify owners.

Excellent app! Very easy to setup and looks great! Not invasive like some of the other chat apps! Can respond on PC and Mobile and very easy integration. Even sends email when you are offline so you can respond to customers. Has proven extremely useful. Highly recommended.
