I used this app for a couple weeks now and I have nothing bad to say about chatra! It is super useful and there's A LOT of options you can use to make the chat even more useful.

Seems to work v. well, attentive and friendly support, keep up the good work :D

I love this app! I have used it for quite awhile and I even moved my site to a different platform without missing a beat. Great customer service and the options it gives are great. I am a paid subscriber but the cost is worth it as far as I am concerned. In addition to the chat on the site I get my Facebook messages for my business directly in the app so I can respond quickly. Would recommend this app to anyone!

Great App! Simple to install and easy to use.
We have a ladies wholesale clothing store and being able to answer our busy retailers on the spot has definitely led to increased sales.

Switched from another chat service to Chatra due mainly to its deep integration with Help Scout - chats and offline messages are added into Help Scout as new support tickets, giving us a full picture of customer support.

So far we're loving Chatra! With native desktop and mobile apps, our team is able to help customers with their orders or product enquiries anywhere.

Beautiful design and easy to install, but I never got notifications in real time. Customer service did reach out about this issue and offered several troubleshooting steps, unfortunately to no avail. Tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9+.

The app was very easy to install and set up. We only had it for a couple of weeks and are very happy so far.
