I had toyed with the idea of a Live Chat app for my store and took the plunge.....couldn't be happier! The app works great and the support is outstanding, responsive and helpful. The app is easy to use and I know for sure I have not only saved a few sales, but the instant communication with potential buyers is a win-win for buyer and seller alike.

So far so good! I've been using this for a week and have had pretty good success, even though I'm not live online a whole lot. I kind of wish it had a chat bot, but then again, I think about half of my customers were frustrated by the previous chatbot app I tried.

Chatra is excellent, I used two more apps for chatting from shopify app store before and removed them, but so far chatra is the best! thank you

I have tried a few chat apps. This one is, at least in my opinion, the best one between those I have tried.

I've been using Chatra for a couple weeks now and it's working great. Very easy UI and I really enjoying seeing how my traffic is navigating my website!

I love it. I was looking for an easy chat to use that it has an app so I can support customers from my phone. This is the one, I was ready in 2 mins literally. 100% recommended :)

its good just cant see the history from the past week like how many customers each day.
