We use the service at www.ichicc.com! I highly recommend it. One reason is you receive an alert when someone is on your website.

Brilliant app. Simple to setup and a brilliant touch to level up your customer services. Free option is very generous too.

Great app! Very useful as we can create multiple user IDs so all our staff can take turns with online enquiries. Works well.

I've used some other live chats, but they didn't work as well as this one. I am able to easily talk with customers over my phone and know exactly what channel they came in on.
