Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

So far so good. I recently installed this app after looking at a lot of chat apps. Seems like a great service and the install was easy and fast.

I'm using Chatra for a while now and love it. Customers can ask me any question at anytime. I love their app. It's super easy to use and works great. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend!

Must have app for e-commerce owner.
Easy install.
Lots of useful function.

great chat app, simple and to the point. So far love it...
its list of current users is accurate and very easy to set auto invite and manual as well

Easy to install, very intuitive and lots of options. Like being able to see visitors typing before sending and also what they have in their cart. Overall, I recommend this app. Live chatting with customers is a must!

So far, so good!! We installed Chatra with ease, the support from them has been really on point and we are loving the way the application is working within our online store. So far, we are not seeing a huge increase in sales coming from this, however it is an important component in making sure we have the level of customer service that we want to provide to our guests.

This App is awesome, I was looking for the perfect way to communicate with my costumers in real time and this was by far the best.

So far......Just installed. Incredibly easy, straight forward & stress free to set up!! Woo Hoo! Looks good on site too. Mobile app instantly installed onto my tablet (not compatible with my existing, little bit old phone, darn it) Look forward to seeing what will do for my new eCommerce adventure. Thanks ! Sue Ann

Great app, helped me connect to my customers and guide them through the shopping process. Even made a sale conversion from this. Support was great too. Fixed an issue I had promptly.
