Love it! Helped me manually convert so many sales. Highly recommend to anyone with a brand. Also a great way to get customer feedback.

Really great tool. UI is a little confusing but much cleaner than other chat options. Excellent customer service.

The app is great and it works better than expected. The iPhone app is very useful as we are a mobile business. Tracking the history and seeing what people have in their carts is also very helpful. I've only really run into one challenge... I've been trying to find a solution to seenmlessly track users as they traverse my 2 different websites and haven't had any helpful feedback. The support reps just direct me to some code snippets but both installations were turnkey from your installers and I've not done any custom coding.

This app has been wonderful. I've tried other chat apps but have found Chatra to be a step above the rest. Very robust and customizable feature set, there isnt much you can't customize. Bottom line it's helped my communication with customers and helped close sales and bring in new ones. Highly recommended they did a bang up job on this app, 5 stars all the way.

I really love this app! It was so simple to install and customize. Lots of great features. I have only had this installed a while now and only used it once but it seemed to work great!

This app is better than some other apps i've tried. I love that you can see what pages your visitors are on, how long they have been in your store, last time they visted your store, what their adding to cart. Its so accurate the actual time the visitor hits your webite. I can log on to my site and I here my notification on my phone that a vistore is on the site. This is so much better than the shopify live view and google analytics. i found they are not accurate, this app gives you a lot of tools for free too. Try it you wont delete it. Shopliveit.com ;)

Great app. It works really well. The one thing I really hate about it I can't remove their branding even on a paid app. Really bad implementation.
