Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

I steal learning how to use this app. I just now start advertising so that I will use this soon. I like the app so far. But I have a small experience.

Used a couple alternatives before finding this live chat app. This is the best so far. Haven't experienced any delays in receiving and sending messages like on other apps. The app is very easy to use and there's a mobile app also. A+ will definitely continue to use.
Update: Still performing amazingly and the support team are very prompt and helpful, we recommend to everyone!

Have been using this app for over a year, it is excellent, no complaints. We use it on desktop and phone app. I highly recommend it.

I've been using Chatra for about two weeks now and I'm very impressed! The live chat allows our customers to get in touch instantly with questions and feedback! Chatra even lets us create automated messages based on certain conditions - ex. a customer that has been stuck on the checkout page for over 2 minutes will be asked if they need live assistance.

It's a great app and is packed with features! Easy to use and integrates well with the Mac desktop application.

I switched from messenger to chatra live chat and wish i had done this ages ago as its brilliant - i can see whats in their basket and what they are about to say so always one step ahead
