Can I just start by saying I love this app? It's so helpful to be available to assist customers as they navigate your store. I highly recommend. And customer support is super helpful! Thank you

So far so good! I've been using this for a week and have had pretty good success, even though I'm not live online a whole lot. I kind of wish it had a chat bot, but then again, I think about half of my customers were frustrated by the previous chatbot app I tried.

Chatra is excellent, I used two more apps for chatting from shopify app store before and removed them, but so far chatra is the best! thank you
