Just started using Chatra today. Honestly, I am very surprised how extensive this app is. With its implementation, I'm sure it will help us reach out the customers easier and more efficiently. Thank you for introducing the app to us. Highly recommended.

Tested this out trying to find a good live chat service. Took 15 minutes to get the live chat email. Yet my contact form gets the email there right away.

I really love the interface of this application and very interactive. They always update via email if they have suggestions that can help your online store.

Chatra, it works. We've used quite a few chat programs and this one fits 95% of the use cases for it. Simple to use, triggerable for actions users might do--which is very good and you should use. Team management, etc. We'd like to see a jabber server something that could tie in IM to the mix instead of having to keep a window around all the time, but again, not a deal breaker. Also, bonus, they are continually iterating making it better and we love it when developers continue to.. develop. ;)

I feel bad giving it less than 3 stars, but it doesn't really deserve it. The interface is beautiful and very easy to find what you need. However, you get what you pay for. I was very excited about finding a feature rich chat app at this price, but that's where the pros stop. Customization is very very limited... don't be fooled by the screenshots and website. You can change colors in the dashboard of your chat window ONLY. If you want to change other colors you have to use API. Also, customizable text is very limited. You only have a very few number of places where you can customize text shown before the chat. Nothing after, during, etc. The only thing I love about it is that you can see the customers cart and where they are on your webpage. Also, no close chat button for customer. Even if operator closes chat, customer still sees it as active. Chatra had a lot of potential but fell short.
