WE DID NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP BUT IT APPEARED ON OUR STORE. BEWARE! It appeared in our store then started sending fake messages

Hello! We assure you that it is technically impossible for our app to get installed by itself. We have checked your account settings and we see that it was created on May 5th and that there was a name set up: Love Dodd. Will this info help you to recall what exactly has happened?
We also wanted to note that it is very easy to create an account and install Chatra. Maybe you just wanted to check our dashboard and did not realize the app got installed instead?
As for the messages, those were probably sent with our contact form bot - it asked the visitors who tried to contact you to introduce themselves. This feature is intended to help you get contact data from your visitors and cannot do any harm.
We are sure it all is just a misunderstanding. Should you have any questions about our tool or require any assistance, our support team will be happy to help.
