Excellent customer service! I dont use chat ever, but thought id give it a go! Happy I went with Chatty over shopify inbox... more options and live 24/7 chat for support! Cant go wrong! :-)

This app has been really helpful! Initially, I had some setup issues with faq page, but their support team was quick to assist, and now my website has a great dynamic FAQ page. Highly recommend for a smooth user experience
