Great app so far. Very easy to setup and use. Had some troubles with a translation that did not work well. Contacted support for this. Answered and solved within minutes, great!

It really enhances customer and web-store transparency and communication tasks all in one place. The fact this app allows a web-store to present commonly asked FAQ's up-front make this app great. Clean, simple and brilliant well thought-out design. Customer support Abby was friendly and kind to help with questions I had to get the job done :).
