I've had an excellent experience with Chatty: Livechat Helpdesk, FAQ. The app is user-friendly and packed with helpful features. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. The team is incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any issues or questions. I highly recommend it!
Since Shopify's own inbox function is relatively limited, I found this app. It brings me many functions. And the setting is very simple. During the use, Hana and Toby helped me solve the incompatibility problem between the app and the template. In short, if you also need online customer service, you can consider this app
Took me 10 min to set it up easy peasy, tried it, and decided to upgrade to paid plan immediately because 1. it's very user and admin friendly; 2. the functions are very helpful for me to stay in touch with potential customers; 3. great customer service from Audrey and Toby.
