Juliana was awesome assisting setup the app. The app is smooth and it awesome.
I would love to see more apps from AVADA

even though I haven't finished setting it up entirely yet. So far, my experience has been great! The app is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I did have a question during the setup process, and Lydia from customer support was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting me. I appreciate the excellent service and can't wait to explore all the features this app has to offer. I highly recommend

The customer support is very quick, I contacted them for some information and Prakash helped me very quickly.

Just getting started with it, but was trying to avoid setting up the WhatsApp integration (I don't need it). As evident from the other reviews, the customer service was incredible. App is free to use that offers a lot of functions that we need including FAQs, faq categories, faq page. Setup is also pretty easy. I needed some help with some specific questions, Emily responded at their support live chat right away. She is very helpful and provided all the details that I need.

Only 1 thing that I wish the app could have is the built in live chat. It would be the perfect fit for our company need.
