Using the Livechat & Helpdesk app has been a game-changer for our customer support. Alyssa and Audrey have been incredibly helpful in fixing some of our customizations, making it easier to manage multiple channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, emails, and calls, all in one place. The integration is seamless, and it has significantly improved our team's efficiency. Highly recommend it!
