Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ

I was using a paid FAQ app before I found Avada. The old app was quite hard to use and we need to pay for the subscription fee. Avada, on the other hand, provides amazing features and customer service, they staff have helped me multiple times regarding app setup, can't recommend more! Liz is amazing!

I was using the Avada WhatsApp, Chat, FAQ Page plugin in Shopify, and unfortunately, I entered the wrong phone number during setup. It was successfully installed in my store, but when I realized the mistake, I couldn't find any button or link to modify the settings. Even after uninstalling and trying to reinstall, the wrong setting was still there. So, I reached out to Esther through the online help center, and she patiently helped me solve the problem. I am very grateful for her assistance.

I think it's a very useful app.
As a free version of the app, I think it performs the same functions as other paid versions of the app.
I recommend this app to users who want to use the FAQs app.
