Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ

Not completely ready with using and configurating everything, but so far it's really good. Maybe I would need a bit more custom functionality, but for FREE and it being my first shop atm, I am really happy with how everything works.

I also had a small request and the support responded quickly and added the request right away.

I'm getting started with this app but I can say that the support is really good. Within 2 seconds Hana responded to my questions so this is a great start.

Great app, I had a small problem of my page not displaying and I contacted the support. Esther was very helpful as it took less than five minutes from me contacting her to resolving my issue.

I used this app to create my own FAQ. It looks very good with an icon at the side of the main subjects. The customer service is also very quick and helpful.

This app is really good, lots of features and all for free! highly recommended.
