Excellent app for Whatsapp and FAQs. We were using another app that added features that we don't need and the new features can't be removed. After looking at a few alternatives we found Avada having the features we wanted. The app is easy to use and configure.

What is more amazing is the support! We got almost instantaneous replies from Jasmine and she, with their developer Tony helped us implement additional coding for the app to cater to our needs! And all these at zero cost under the free plan. This kind of service and support is unheard of in this industry. Can't get better than this. Highly recommended.

Eine gute und übersichtliche App, Audrey ist mir immer gut und schnell behilflich. Super wäre es eine deutsche Version zu haben, wobei man den Inhalt bereits eigenständig auf deutsch ändern kann.

It's a really good app, and I recommend it. It's easy to use and has very professional customer service. I tried to make a FAQ for our website. It is very easy to operate. I will recommend it.

Have just installed the app, and have been very happy so far. Esther and Tony have been super helpful.
Needed a few tweaks to suit our requirement, and it was attended to promptly.
There are a few areas of improvement, which I am sure they will work on.

Love this app! Love all AVADA products and their Customer Service is awesome! If you haven't taken the time to look at their apps, you really should. The cover almost everything you need for online store in order to make your customers' shopping experience phenomenal! Can't recommend them more!
