So far my experience has been amazing with this app. It's easy to navigate and function and any additional customizations I wanted the helpdesk with Abby was very knowledgeable and got all of those things set up quickly for me.

I have narrowed my choice for a FAQ and WhatsApp Chat App to two. The first was not to my liking as it was not properly laid out to suit my needs.
