I installed it because I liked the ability to choose whether or not to display the chat, the menu in the chat, the ability to extract and display only the frequently asked questions that I wanted to address, and the ability to search within the chat.
Support was prompt and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Audrey and William!) ) I am very happy with the quality of the software.
It's a very good app. I recommend this app.
