Great app for increasing conversions and retaining customers with Live Chat. Bonus is FAQs which can be customized easily.

Best thing about Chatty is the customer support. Almost immediate live support, shout out to Hana for the great support in on-boarding and explaining the settings and features.

Esther solved my problem in no time and was accommodating, precise and very efficient and had my page up and running in a few minutes.
