Great app so far. Been very helpful in assisting our helpdesk. The FAQ section is working out great for us. Developers are helpful and responsive also.
A big shout out to Emily & the rest of the customer service team for going above and beyond and always helping me. I am un-experienced with coding and this is something they were happy to help me with.

Easy and user-friendly to set up this app. Although, I have run into some issues during my setup but Hana from the support team has been a great help to solve my issues. She is very patient and approachable when dealing with my issues. Thank you Hana for your support! This will be a great help in my business.

Nice app, it helped me a lot to communicate with customers and even I got an order viatapp. There are many options, so you dont have to be always online. Very good for a small, boutique companies but also capable of working with big companies as well.
The app works great, but there are two key features that would significantly enhance its functionality:

reCAPTCHA Support: Implementing a reCAPTCHA feature to prevent bots from easily contacting businesses through the chat is vital for maintaining the quality of interactions.

Great, Abby was very helpful, since the app didn't appear on the sore, and he reached to one of the tech support, Doris, and they quickly solved the problem just under minutes.
