Genuinely a very good app for small business. I am a 1 man operation and it is very difficult to handle all the inquires and messages I get. Chatty AI bot has helped me streamline and answer quick questions very easily. Hope this helps out fellow small business owners! Their support team are also incredibly helpful and kind!

I relied upon help from Hazel today for setting up chat etc. It was refreshing to have a real live help that was patient, clearly very competent and, well, helpful. Saved me so much time and stress.

Trust me, I do suspect that some apps help make it a sport to confuse and stress :).

So, thanks for super service and I look forward to going to the next stage of your app.

Hana helped answer my questions, she was very responsive and very helpful! The app is great and i recieved around 26 important messages in the first month! Definitely suggest

Chatty makes our life a lot easier. After setting everything up — which is not a small thing — the onboarding was super smooth. Big thanks to Cody and the rest of the team for that. Customer service is top-notch, it’s incredible how they always answer super fast. Really useful app, congrats!

Support is always excellent, although sometimes they don't take the time to understand the problem, too quick to want to solve the issue which means it takes longer as it leads to inefficient work.
Hana and Jade were particularly helpful today, but it took a long time to get to solve what I contacted them about, but we did fix up some other issues as a consequence of them not understanding my question.

Excellent customer service. Every time we see a response from the bot that gives us the 'ick' we contact their help desk who immediately write a scenario to improve the response the bot gives next time. The team always take time to truly understand the issue with the bots response and it never happens again in the same scenario.
Definitely cuts down on the amount of queries that our customer services team receive.
Excellent app and faultless customer support.

Su atención ha sido siempre rápida, profesional y muy orientada a la solución, algo que se agradece enormemente cuando se trabaja con distintas monedas y mercados.

Teníamos un problema complejo con la visualización y gestión de precios en varios países, que estaba afectando a la experiencia de compra de nuestros clientes. Sonny no solo identificó el origen del fallo con precisión, sino que además nos propuso y aplicó una solución estable y satisfactoria, asegurándose de que todo quedara correctamente configurado y probando los resultados con detalle.

En resumen, la app cumple lo que promete y el nivel de soporte —especialmente gracias a Sonny— ha superado nuestras expectativas. Totalmente recomendable.

As a free plan App, it has all the tools required to keep the conversation going with the customer. Additionally, the Q&A (FAQ section) offers customers a quick glance at the important question you can personally outline. This is a very helpful reference guide.

The customer support is quick to answer (thank you Sonny) to provide details to integrate the software.

We have not used the AI tools yet, but the 'quick answers' feature allows you to preprogram an answer to a common question.
