The app has really made it easier for me to run my business online. It's very intuitive and has allowed me to integrate a direct customer chat and a customizable FAQ section all in one place. Now my customers can quickly find answers to their questions or easily contact me for more complex issues, which has greatly improved the user experience.

I also want to thank Hana from the support team. She was amazing in helping me set up the app and answering all my questions. Her knowledge and patience made everything so much easier and faster. Thank you so much, Hana, for the amazing support!

I've found this app to be super helpful and the support friendly responsive and will help you customise or fix anything very quickly. I needed a little customisation and it was done without hesitation in minutes. Alyssa has been great. The app works really well and there's lots of settings so it makes good for easy FAQ to customers and an easy method of communication. The order tracking section is also really beneficial too. Highly recommend!

Nice app, it helped me a lot to communicate with customers and even I got an order viatapp. There are many options, so you dont have to be always online. Very good for a small, boutique companies but also capable of working with big companies as well.

I installed it because I liked the fact that I could choose whether or not to display the chat, and that I could also choose to display only the FAQs. The support was fast and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Judy, Emily, and Kevin!).
I can see the progress of features under development and look forward to the future.
Although not included in the list, I would like to see a feature added that would allow us to analyze access to FAQs so we can see what our customers are having trouble with.
