Frankly the best support I've ever come across. Lightning quick and they will even make little custom changes for you - mostly in just a few minutes. Tiana, Nikita and Mia are fantastic!!
The app itself is perfect if you want to set up a help desk with FAQs. Not used the live chat yet but I can't wait to get going with that too!

A bit disappointed that you are not able to upload any profile photos to match your chat avatar. THey can only grab your logo from your Shopify store which won't work bc my logo is cut off. There isn't a way to upload any photos via chat either. Hopefully, they will offer these in the future.

Regarding your concern about uploading profile photos to match your chat avatar, we understand the current limitation where only the logo from your Shopify store can be used, which might not work if the logo is cut off. We have forwarded this request to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, you can change the logo using CSS if that helps.
As for the ability to upload photos via chat, we're pleased to inform you that this feature is currently in development and is estimated to be released soon. We will definitely notify you once it is rolled out.
we noticed that we haven't had the chance to communicate directly yet. We hope you consider reinstalling the app so we can provide better support and ensure you get the most out of our service.
