Ich habe vorher einen anderen Chatbot benutzt, der recht teuer war und im preislichen Vergleich deutlich weniger Leistung hergab.
Zwar bin ich erst jetzt umgestiegen, aber der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Besonders der Support ist Spitze und hilft im Moment der Anfrage!
Wenn das Ganze jetzt noch den Sales und den Support gleichermaßen unterstützt, ist das eine gute Wahl gewesen.
