The app works great, but there are two key features that would significantly enhance its functionality:
Google Analytics Integration: The ability to track conversations as conversions in Google Analytics is crucial for any business running campaigns. This feature is essential for measuring the app's impact on our marketing efforts.
reCAPTCHA Support: Implementing a reCAPTCHA feature to prevent bots from easily contacting businesses through the chat is vital for maintaining the quality of interactions.
We received excellent assistance and support from Kevin when we reached out about the second point. His help was much appreciated.
Nice app, it helped me a lot to communicate with customers and even I got an order viatapp. There are many options, so you dont have to be always online. Very good for a small, boutique companies but also capable of working with big companies as well.
The app has many helpful features for the website. A staff member Hana helped me to fix things so quickly.
The best app i used .... this app offer premium features for free and once more their support team really impress me especially Lydia and William are helping me with my small small problems and i recommend all to use if you want a chat in your store

I would give NO stars if I could! I had a page on my website and then it was gone because the app wasn't working properly. Now my website looks like a mess bc this dumb app! Stay away do NOT download this!

Very clean app and does actually what it's supposed to do. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Their employees Lydia and Andrew even help you with custom edits like where you want the chatbox icon to display.
