Really good app, would give it 5 stars, but would be nice to have better order tracking (i.e. through entering the order number) and more functionality in the text editor.

Feedback is quick and patient. Regretly, The APP don't support chat with the customer directly. Other function is perfect, I love it.
Esta muy bien la sección de preguntas frecuentes. El widget del chat, no tiene mucha customización, por lo que ese no lo estoy utilizando

you can customize your alot of things here, the colors, the answers and ofcourse the lovely team are always on the clock to help me.

Avada's customer service is super good. I love the way their agents talk to me. Also, their app is easy to use. But I still need more function like intergrading to more channels.
So far the best support app I have used on Shopify. It has all the features available to support your customers. However, I haven't seen a customer directly chatting with the support, instead, it shows WhatsApp. Recommended!
This is a really great FAQ app and support is excellent! It does have a few bugs here and there that pop up which caused me to contact support multiple times, however, they are incredibly responsive and have fixed all my problems.
Belle application. Le service client est bon, Hana fait parti de l'une d'elles, réponses rapides. Cependant, l'application ne prend pas en compte un chat intégré, j'aurais aimé que ce soit le cas.
