This is a really great FAQ app and support is excellent! It does have a few bugs here and there that pop up which caused me to contact support multiple times, however, they are incredibly responsive and have fixed all my problems.

I was having issues adding additional FAQ categories. The Issue was resolved very quickly, thanks to Juliana.

My customer service agent, Esther, was very helpful in getting me setup . She was attentive and very nice!.And the app is nice and interactive.
