**Update: App is very responsive, has everything needed and the customer service was wonderful- Highly recommend**
So far the app seems to be just what I need- Although I just started playing around with it- Had 1 small hiccup, but customer service (Hakeem) was very quick and efficient in taking care of it!

Excellent app and excellent support by the team .The support extended was lightning fast and the thing is the chat gets automatically activated and an agent hops in there to address your requirements.

Great customer service. I asked for customizations (font / size of the chat bubble) and they were very responsive and able to make the app match my website.
