I installed Chatty, after being disappointed by other chat bots, that over-promised but under-delivered! Chatty is very intuitive, especially if you are exhausted with balancing high complexity apps and code. It's perfect for beginners! The interface is sleek, easy, and easy to navigate. Just had a quick question and chat with customer support and the support is absolutely amazing! Alyssa helped me so much in my set up phase, so thank you so much! She deserves a raise! Hands down! Edit: after talking to more customer service people and having a minor issue resolved super fast, it is my opinion that ALL the customer service people and devs DESERVE A RAISE! I want to start by saying this can be the best assistant you can have on your webshop, they have really talked and added the same app so you don't have to have different apps. Not only that, the staff are so knowledgeable and really solve everything, they are so fast you are shocked how quickly everything goes.
