Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ

I installed it because I liked the fact that I could choose whether or not to display the chat, and that I could also choose to display only the FAQs. The support was fast and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Judy, Emily, and Kevin!).
I can see the progress of features under development and look forward to the future.
Although not included in the list, I would like to see a feature added that would allow us to analyze access to FAQs so we can see what our customers are having trouble with.

The service is impeccable! Whenever I need assistance, the team is ready to help with efficiency and kindness. A special shout-out to Hana, who deserves a perfect score for her outstanding service.

Fantastic app and cannot believe this is free! The FAQs are easy to build and and look great on the site. The chat widget is exceptional and has a mobile app so you can instantly reply to your customers, show them products, offer them promotions etc. The support team are also great and shoutout to Damian, Kevin and Judy who work tirelessly 24/7 with instant live support!

Better than most of the paid tools and it is free :)
