We had some issues with the FAQ page, but with the help of online assistance from "Emily", the problem was solved quickly! We highly appreciate her support on this issue.

very quick and helpful customer service! Had a minor problem while trying to get set up and Emily helped me resolve it very quickly.

Not completely ready with using and configurating everything, but so far it's really good. Maybe I would need a bit more custom functionality, but for FREE and it being my first shop atm, I am really happy with how everything works.

I also had a small request and the support responded quickly and added the request right away.
