A good and easy app to setup and use for both you, and your customers, does exactly what is says it does.
Got a small issues, setting it up, and contacted customer support via chat got immediate response from sunny, that solved the issue in less than a minute. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: This app is AMAZEBALLS! The FAQ page is clean and easy to use. Everything is super user-friendly and easy to use. No coding is required. The best part is it is FREE!! Do not pay for a FAQ app, just use this one and you wont regret it! The added "chat" widget is super cool too!
