The app is straight forward, super easy to use and very very helpful CS chat, paricularly Jasmine who helped me build my web a lot...Thanks guys... Keep up the great job

So far I was very happy using this app because of several reasons:
1) it's very lightweight and doesn't slow down your store (while some other apps increase blocking time by 500-1000 ms!); 2) easy to set up and customize; 3) I had just one error during setting this app and support agent Emily was very quick and helpful with resolving this issue.

So far so good. Their customer helpdesk Hana & Nikita was indeed helpful, very friendly, and very efficient on solving problems.

Audrey helped me a lot, they changed the location of the button just because I asked, I am very happy to have encountered this application.

Frankly the best support I've ever come across. Lightning quick and they will even make little custom changes for you - mostly in just a few minutes. Tiana, Nikita and Mia are fantastic!!

The app itself is perfect if you want to set up a help desk with FAQs. Not used the live chat yet but I can't wait to get going with that too!
