Support team is very nice & helpful my experience of support is very good with them. One of the best Shopify app in free pricing no one can compete them for FAQs

I have an issue when adding more than 10 articles of FAQs, and asking for help and the support team, Hana solved my problem in seconds. All functions run smoothly, highly recommended.

The team at Avada were super helpful in getting the app working well with our theme, especially Audrey who was very responsive and assisted me in answering all my questions quickly. Great app it seems so far!

I installed the chat FAQ page and misunderstood the functionalities of it. I contacted support and spoke with Hana who guided me very well on how it works and made suggestions. It was very easy to follow. Unfortunately the app doesn't have a live chat option which is what I need to have quick contact with customers. None the less the advice was taken on board and other app suggestions were made.

Sunny is super helpful with my questions. Great experience. App itself is also very handy and easy to use. Seamless integration into my store.

In aller Kürze - erstens macht das Programm genau was es soll !!! und nun das wichtigste - der Support ist schnell und kompetent - egal im welchen Bereich wurde mir schnell und kompetent geholfen. Es waren einige Supportmitarbeiter - der aktuellste ist Sunny - danke Sunny. ABER jeder einzelne mit dem ich Kontakt hatte, hat mir schnell und lösungsorientiert geholfen.

Anmerken möchte ich auch, dass es sich nicht um einen antwortenden Computer, sondern um echte Menschen handelt, und das ist einfach nur super.

This app can add a great value for your store, even though the app is a bit limited, I believe it can be improved, but all in all I have a great experience until now for surprisingly free app with fast, friendly and good customer support as 'Hana' was exceptional and professional.
