Chatty is a highly customisable Chat app you can install on your Shopify store. The customer service is absolutely amazing, they help you with everything until it's right and even help with customisations for the chat app design if you ask the customer service nicely. They're polite and always looking to make the customer experience better. I've loved using their app so far and this app is better than the majority of the paid apps in the Shopify App Store. Excellent app, it's beautiful design, easy for customers to use and the FAQ page and contact buttons that integrate into it are really helpful.
