Very pleased I found Chatway. I wasn’t sure I wanted to add a chat function on the website because I thought it would give me a lot of work life chatting with people with too much time. Long story short: I immediately started the Solo plan because of the Life chat. I’m a bit old fashioned, I only use Lifechat and not the AI function. The personalizing options of this app are amazing. You can manually select day by day when you are online and you can easily put yourself offline by one click. During night times the chat function disappears if you want. And that is so perfect when you’re self employed with a partner that likes to sleep at night ;)
I am using this app for my small store, where I get 1-2 chats every day. The free version of the app works great for this. Planning to upgrade later on when I get more chat messages and can discover more features

Have a small new webshop, and needed more personal service and ability to let potential customers know I'm there with a chat bot. ChatWay was installed, and it has a lot of features, and AI driven answers that indexes the webshop and can be given precise instructions. And this is the free version basics, really what I needed (for now) to hopefully grow.

Super easy to use. Customer support was very helpful. Love having the app on my phone, so I can talk to clients at any time. There are some really cool features like the FAQs. Highly recommend.
what a fantastic addition to our store , Chatbot seems pretty good, no complaints, love the iphone app too . also setup on my pc , very easy to do .
and there is a free version,
our shop is new , so the free version is great for us.
