I’ve been using the Chatway app for the past couple of weeks, and it’s been an absolute game changer for customer interactions. I can now see in real time when customers are on my website and respond instantly to any questions or queries they may have.
For my driving test company, many customers ask the same questions repeatedly, so the new FAQ feature has been invaluable.
