The free plan has enough features so small businesses can work without paying for the pro plan. I like it. Since we installed this app, we have received many more messages from our customers. I highly recommend it.
Chatway has been a great addition to my store. It's allowed me to have great communication with my customers and I'm sure it has been the reason for many sales. The inbox has made things so easy and gives me the confidence to know I wont miss any messages.
