We have started to use this chat service on our new web site https://www.gardenwatering.co.uk/ and it is am amazing service. We had almost immediate interaction with it. The ability to be online and answer messages whilst mobile is a great advantage: intergration was easy as well as customisation. Great product and perfect for better customer service.
Super easy to set up and use. I get messages straight to my phone via app. Really helps with sales so customers don't click away when they have a question.
Thanks so much to the devs of this app. It's super simple to set up and use for both our business and the customer. The inbox and option to appear online or offline has definately helped increase our sales by quickly answering any quick questions they had before purchasing. When we are not online, we are able to reply to the customer and they can see it when they next visit the site or we can reply by email to them if they leave it.
