App fantastica, che prevede un piano gratuito con le potenzialità di uno a pagamento. Con il piano a pagamento si può personalizzare ancora di più ma è già super efficiente. Servizio di assistenza da 10 stelle, veloci, professionali, gentili e preparati. Che dire, io non sono più abituato a tutto ciò quindi consigliatissima!

Excelente aplicación para WhatsApp. Se configura rápidamente y cuenta con un Dashboard que te da métricas generales tales como la cantidad de visitas, cantidad de clicks en tu enlace de chat y % de conversión.
Es muy fácil de configurar tanto el estilo gráfico como el mensaje de bienvenida, diseño de tu botón, colores, etc.
Por último y no menos importante: se integra perfectamente con Google Analytics 4, para que puedas medir los clicks en el botón de chat como eventos y conversiones.
I use the Chaty widget for WhatsApp on my online store and it works great. Customers contact me all the time through this very accessible chanel. Also, Chaty allows personalizing the WhatsApp widget design with your brand colors in the free version of the app. Really happy with it, I recommend it if you want your customers to contact you easily.
