The style is quite good, the feedback and problem-solving are also very fast, and the experience is good. It mainly supports code injection, which solves a big problem for me. Other chat apps on Shopify do not have this feature.

Just started using it and it seems to be working great! Customer support is on point and assisted me ASAP. I am using it for Email, Whatsapp, and Instagram DM's on my Shopify Store. I can add attention effects, delay when it shows up so it doesn't clutter the screen, and can even exclude it from certain pages.

Only feature I wish we could add is allow the icon to be clicked and dragges around the screen
